At Design2Love, every item is custom made with care and created specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have the policy in place:

Custom Orders

All custom and personalized items are final sale. Design2Love does not accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders once production has begun.

Please review all spelling, sizing, colors and design details carefully before approving your final proof. Once approval is given, we are not responsible for errors that were previously approved.

Retainer Fees / Deposits

A retainer fee is required to begin all custom projects

Retainer fees are non-refundable. 

Retainer fees go towards your final balance.

Production will not begin until the retainer has been received.

Order Cancellations

24-hour cancellation

Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos. We will review the issue and work to make it right.
